Toshiba is agressively marketing this device which means they are hoping for high sales. Why is this importan? Toshiba makes the hard drives that allow the iPod to stay small while having a lot of storage space. Apple does not make anything, just repackages components in fancy designs. A bad sign when your supplier wants to be a direct competitor. Plus it is not like Western Digital is making a DAP, it is Toshiba which is a well known and trusted brand.
